Return Policy

Each Art piece, gift, gift basket, or things are packaged and shipped with care so as to ensure that it arrives in excellent condition. Any damaged shipment must be reported to us within 24-hours of receipt. We will endeavor to replace any damaged item reported to us within this time period only. Should you or your gift recipient receive damaged goods/items, please be sure to keep all original product and packaging so that it can be inspected and reviewed for credit or replacement.

Customer satisfaction and quality is very important to us. If we make a mistake with your gift order we will do everything that we can to resolve the matter and make it right for you which may include the replacement or refund of your product purchase.
